Eligibility. Our special
rates are valid for all airline employees, spouses and dependent children,
companions, parents of employees and retirees. Other travel industry employees may also be eligible. Eligibility rules for some offers may differ. Check at time of booking. Many of our special rates are also valid
for family and guests traveling without employee. A copy of your ID may be required. Terms & Conditions. Interliner’s Britain acts as a third
party booking agent for hotel accommodation, car rental and other
services. We do not control the
service providers that we market nor the activities engaged in by our clients
or suppliers and therefore, cannot be held responsible for their acts or omissions.
Hotel rates are in US
Dollars per room, per night double occupancy and include breakfast if
specified. Guaranteed
Lowest Rate. If you find a lower rate for the same dates at the same
hotel within 7 days of making payment, we will refund the difference. Payment. Most bookings must be prepaid. Payment may be made by money order, check (payable to
Interliner’s Britain), or credit card (Discover only). When payment is received, a pre-paid
voucher will be emailed, mailed or faxed to you. If overnight delivery is required an additional charge will be
made. A
US $20 reservation changes fee (per reservation) applies to all changes made
after reservation is confirmed. Check returned by bank fee US $45 Cancellation Policy All cancellations after confirmation
are subject to a charge of US $20 per person payable to Interliner’s Britain.
In addition, each hotel has its own policy.
Ask when booking.
Cancellation policies and rates are subject to change by hotels without
notice. Hotel Cancellation Protection $10 per person. If you are
bumped and rebook, no penalties apply with most hotels. Date of rebooking must be given the same
day you are bumped. Rail, Tour and
Airline reservations are subject to suppliers’ own Terms and Conditions
available on request. Cancelation of overnight tours or airline reservations
will incur an additional fee of $50.00 per person payable to Interliner’s
Britain.. Tickets purchased for the Original London Sightseeing Tour are
non-refundable. Theater tickets are non-changeable and
non-refundable. Car rental - no refund for unused days after
start of rental. No-shows = one day charge plus $20 fee. Rates The prices are
calculated on costs and exchange rate at the time of printing. Should these factors change, Interliner’s
Britain reserves the right to adjust the prices accordingly. Prices are
subject to change until full payment is received. INTERLINER’S
“BUMP POLICY” What happens if you’re bumped?
Call us immediately and we will notify the hotel of your new arrival
time. As long as you are rebooking, most
hotels and other suppliers will not charge cancellation penalties if at least
24 hours prior to arrival. If it is
after office hours, (8.00 am to 6.00 pm Mountain Standard Time Monday thru
Friday) you must notify the hotel or other supplier directly. The telephone number will be printed on
your voucher. The new check-in details must be given at the same time. Be sure to get a reference for your
alteration. Hotels may overbook on occasions. If this happens, the hotel should make alternative arrangements
for you in an equivalent or superior hotel. Travel insurance.
Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance. Travel documents. Please ensure that you have the required up to date passport. US citizens do not require a visa to enter
