What happens if you’re bumped?  Call us immediately and we will notify the hotel of your new arrival time.  As long as you are rebooking, most hotels and other suppliers will not charge cancellation penalties.  If it is after office hours,(8.00 am to 6.00 pm Mountain Standard Time Monday thru Friday) you must notify the hotel or other supplier directly.  The telephone number will be printed on your voucher. The new check-in details must be given at the same time.  Be sure to get a reference for your alteration.
