How it works

You can reserve a seat one way or roundtrip. We will need the following information:

Date of travel Your flight details Your pick-up or drop-off point (hotel, office or private address in central London or Canary Wharf) Number of people travelling Any specific requirements (e.g. child seat, assisted travel)

Leaving London

1. Regardless of where you are leaving from, you will be given a 15-minute pick-up window based on your flight time and check-in requirements

2. You need to be ready at the start of your pick-up window

3. On a shared ride, punctuality is important, so please be ready to travel at the start of your journey

4. The driver will help you with your luggage as you board the shuttle

5. You will be taken to the door at your terminal and helped with your luggage as you leave the shuttle

Leaving the airport

At Heathrow
Come to the Dot2Dot desk in your Arrivals Hall. We aim to have you on your way within 30 minutes for central London or Canary Wharf

There are Dot2Dot desks at terminals 1, 3, 4 and 5. For terminal 2, a Dot2Dot representative will come and meet you.

At Gatwick
A customer service agent will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall at the airport. Please look for the fully uniformed Dot2Dot representative holding a board with your name.
